Situated adjacent to Mont-Royal Park, the Pavillon Lassonde affords panoramic views of the city from its steep topographic vantage point. It is the first Canadian university institution to be internationally certified by the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) on the basis of numerous certification requirements: sustainable site management; water savings; energy efficiency and atmospheric preservation; the use and re-use of materials and resources; interior environment quality; and innovation.
